A Xóchitl le sobreviven su esposo, Víctor M Sandoval, sus hijos Nancy, Víctor M, Laura y Ricardo E. Sandoval al igual que sus nietos, Leslie y Melissa Cortez, Andrea y Víctor Sandoval y Víctor A Cintron y sus yernos Omar Cortes y Omar Coronado a quien acogió como parte de su familia.
