Trent Andre Cearley, 37, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, leaving behind a large, loving family and countless memories filled with laughter. He was a beloved son, brother, nephew, uncle, and friend whose humor, charm, and fiercely independent spirit made him unforgettable.

Born on February 8, 1989, Trent grew up in San Antonio, Texas. He knew the city so well that he could tell you just about every road in it. His life also took him to Denver and Seattle, where he spent several years, bringing his unmistakable personality and sense of humor wherever he went.

Trent had a way of bringing light to the people around him. He could connect with just about anyone, find something to joke about, and turn an ordinary moment into a good time. His natural charm made him a gifted server, a role that allowed his ability to reach people and make them laugh to shine. No matter what was going on in his own life, Trent could still find a way to fill a moment with laughter.

He loved video games, the San Antonio Spurs, and the Dallas Cowboys. But more than any list of interests could capture, Trent will be remembered for the experience of knowing him: his constant jokes, his unmistakable laugh, and the personality that could both test your patience and make you love him all the more.

Trent lived life on his own terms. He was strong-willed and unapologetically himself, never willing to let anyone else choose his steps for him. He was always going to march to the beat of the drum God gave him. That independence, along with his humor and charm, was part of what made him the Trent his family knew and loved.

Trent leaves behind his mother, Leona Binkley; his father, Keith Jackson; his stepfathers, James Binkley and Simon Miller; his stepmother, Amanda Jackson; and his siblings, Nic, Caleb, Joshua, Sadie, Paisley, Sydney, Destini, Desiree, Kiki, Raeanna, Navaeh, Daniel, and Roman.

He also leaves behind his uncle DJ, the person he leaned on most, who was always there when Trent needed help finding his way out of a bind. Their bond held a special place in his life, as did his beloved fur baby, Wesley.

Trent’s absence leaves an ache that words cannot fully express. His family will miss the jokes, the laughter, and even the stubborn moments that were entirely his own. They will carry him with them in the stories they tell, the memories they share, and the laughter that comes even through tears.

Trent was deeply loved, and he always will be.
