Tommy T. Garcia passed from this life on January 21, 2013 at the age of 54. He is survived by his mother Connie Winters, step-father Daniel Winters, son Eric, daughter Marie, brothers Henry and Chris and sisters Linda and Elizabeth. He will be greatly missed.
