Shelia Sievertsen

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our cherished Sheila Sievertsen on November 29, 2025 after battling a rare blood cancer and ultimately succumbing to Pneumonia.

Sheila was born September 8, 1956, to Edward and Loretta Cassidy in Chicago, Il. After graduating from Richards High School, Sheila married Jack Sievertsen. Sheila and Jack had 2 children Bill and Kim and their family moved to Colorado.

After 30 years, Sheila retired from United Airlines and she and Jack began traveling the country in their motorhome with their beloved dog Peaches.

Sheila was predeceased by her father, Edward, mother, Loretta, sister, Kathleen, sister, Kelly, sister Enid, brother Tim and brother Leonard.

Sheila is deeply mourned by her husband of 50 years Jack, her son Bill, her daughter Kim Caley, granddaughters Tresa, Cassidy & Lilly and grandson Zach. Sheila also leaves behind sisters, brothers, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Sheila was the life of the party and left a lasting impression with everyone she met. She was fun loving, generous and so brave. More than anything, Sheila loved her family.
