Ronald Lee McCulloch, a beloved figure in the hearts of many, passed away on February 5, 2026, at the age of 77. Born on September 30, 1948, in San Antonio, Texas, Ronald filled his life with love, laughter, and flavorful meals prepared for his cherished family.
As a proud elder at his church, Ronald deeply valued his faith, which served as a guiding light throughout his life. His commitment to his beliefs was matched only by his dedication to his family. Ronald possessed a degree in culinary arts, a testament to his passion for cooking. He delighted in preparing meals for those he loved, always ensuring that their favorite dishes were on the table. Gatherings at his home were infused with warmth, and the aroma of his cooking would draw everyone in, creating a sense of belonging and joy.
Survived by his loving son, Matthew McCulloch, and his siblings, Robert, Michael, and Vickie McCulloch, Ronald’s legacy will continue through them. He took immense pride in his grandchildren—Skyler, Xavier, Greyson, and Connor—whom he adored with every ounce of his heart. His stories, laughter, and culinary delights will forever be cherished memories in their lives.
While Ronald leaves behind a vibrant family, he is also reunited with those he loved who have passed. He will be honored alongside his father, John F. McCulloch; his mother, Evelyn Adcock; his son, Robert Michael McCulloch; and his beloved wife, Peggy McCulloch.
A memorial service to celebrate Ronald’s life will be held on February 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM at South - Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels, 3520 S Flores St, San Antonio, TX 78204. Friends and family are invited to gather and share their memories, reflecting on the indelible mark he made in so many lives.
