Msgt Arthur C Phelps Jr Usaf Retired

Arthur C. Phelps, Jr. passed away on February 9, 2013 at the age of 81. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn M. Phelps; sons: Arthur C. Phelps, III., Paul S. Phelps and his wife, Christy; brother: James Edwin Phelps and his wife, Vicky; grandchildren: Dustin and his wife Treece, Nicklaus and his wife Sammi, Kelsey, Gina and her husband, Stephen, Cassandra and her husband, Joshua and Michelle. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and one on the way. Our family knows that in lieu of sending flowers he would appreciate a donation to the Wounded Warriors Project . A funeral procession will depart on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 12:45 PM for a 1:15PM graveside service.
