She is survived by mother Stella Medellin, and step father Lino Medellin; brother Charles Tejeda and sister-in-law Cynthia Tejeda; brother Michael Garcia; step brothers Mark and Curtis Medellin. Cousin Deanna Solis.; nieces and nephews Desiree, Godson Ramiro III, Cassandra, Clarissa, Charles, Michael Jr., Blanca, Jeremy, Jonathan, Jacob, Ivana, and Sarah.
