Mary Ann Annis

Mary Ann Annis, a beloved mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and cherished friend, went peacefully to be with Our Lord on August 9, 2026, at the age of 85. Born in San Antonio, Texas, on May 27, 1941, she was a beacon of love and strength to all who knew her. She was the daughter of Peter Pawlik and Adela Moczygemba.

Mary Ann's life was woven with love, compassion, and dedication. She shared a deep bond with her twin sister, Magdalyn Johnson, and together, they created treasured memories that will endure in the hearts of those who loved them. A devoted wife, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert W Annis III, with whom she shared a life filled with joy and adventure.

Mary Ann was the proud mother of four daughters: Sandy Gonzalez, Dona Clontz, Leigh Ann Toppings, and Tammy Singler. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering support guided them through life, and her legacy continues to thrive in the lives of her 8 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Mary Ann's life on September 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM at Puente & Son's Funeral Chapel - Northeast, located at 14315 Judson Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78233. Together, we will honor a life well-lived and cherish the beautiful memories she left behind.
