Cooper is survived by his loving daughter, Rebecca Cooper & her husband Kent; his brother: John Cooper & his wife Ursula; his sisters: Betty Wheat & her husband Denny, and Carol Petruzzi; his grandchildren: Emily Erin Black, Sarah Elizabeth Meadows, Jonathan Lawrence Meadows, & Connor Austin Meadows; and his great grandchild: Kaiden Owens.
