Maria Guadalupe Romo Mercado

Maria Guadalupe Romo de Mercado lived life on her own terms. She was strong and resolute in the face of adversity, but was tender and supportive when necessary, and in her, one could find a loyal ally. She placed faith and family above all else. She was incapable of being disingenuous and had a knack for reading people. She did not mince words and would tell people to their face her analysis of them. Her life is defined by the love she showed her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

She is survived by 11 children, 26 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and on great, great grandchild.
