Marcus Ferrell Duncan, born January 23, 1960, in Tippah County Mississippi, son of Helen Joyce Williams and Vester Ferrell Duncan, passed away on January 29, 2020 at the Northeast Methodist Hospital. Marcus is preceded in death by his brother, Bobby T. Carr. He is survived by his mother, Helen Joyce Young, Marcus’ two sons, Robert Allen Duncan and Angelo Hamilton Duncan and two grandsons, Seth Nicholas Duncan and Ryan Anthony Duncan. Marcus was deaf since early childhood and a graduate of the Florida School of the Deaf.
