Liliana Ramos, born on April 16, 1962, in Mexico, passed away in San Antonio on February 11, 2026. She leaves behind a legacy enriched by her warmth, generosity, and unwavering spirit.

Liliana was a vibrant social butterfly, known for her ability to connect with everyone she met. Her resilience and tenacity were mirrored in her commitment to her community, where she served as a devoted advocate for many causes close to her heart. Those lucky enough to know her recognized her deep love for her grandchildren, who were a source of immense pride and joy throughout her life.  Liliana became a U. S citizen in 2021 and she was thrilled to accomplish this for her family.

She is survived by her children: Chris (Annie), Angela (Larry), and Adam (Lisa), who carry forward her passionate spirit and dedication. Liliana's grandkids — Jacob, Casey, Serenity, Alyssa, Gavin, Lucian, Matthew, Brian, and Zylyn — held a special place in her heart, and her bond with them was filled with affection and joy.  Liliana also helped to raise her sister's children Alex, Aaron and Zack.  She loved them like her own children and had a special bond with them.

Also left to honor her memory is her sister, Leslie, who shared countless cherished moments with her.

Liliana was predeceased by her husband Victor, with whom she shared 43 loving years, and her beloved mother, Juana. Their memories remain woven into the fabric of her life and influence how she will be remembered.

A visitation will be held on February 21, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Northeast - Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels located at 14315 Judson Rd, San Antonio, TX 78233. A rosary service will follow at 12:30 PM.
