José Hermeregildo Uñate was born in Zaragoza, Coahuilla, Mexico on February 21, 1940. He passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at the age of 80 years.. He is preceded in death by his parents María De Los Angeles Valdez and Antonio Uñate Martinez; his loving wife of 65 years Ernestina Domínguez de Uñate; Son: Roberto Uñate grandchildren; Joshua Rene Cardenas, Lorenzo Ortiz III, and Joel Agustin Uñate.

José is survived by his eight children José Héctor (Seana), Ángel Antonio (Anna Lilian), Agustín Ariel (Esperanza), María Ernestina (Marcos Carranco), Juanita (Wesley Jendrusch), Virginia (Lorenzo Ortiz Jr), Ricardo, and Veronica (Rene Cardenas). 19 Grandchildren 36 Great Grandchildren.

José will be tremendously missed by his family and friends.
