He is preceded by his parents: Jose A. and Estanislada Salinas, Sr. He is survived by his son: Joe (Susan) Salinas; daughter: Anna (Henry) Garcia; brothers: Ruben, Jose and Francisco Salinas; sisters: Yolanda Bigley and San Juanita Salinas; grandchildren; Jacob, Jonah, Maricela and Casey. He will be greatly missed but not forgotten.
