Jose L. Otero-Fortis passed from this life on February 14, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents Leoncio and Candida Ortero, brother:Ramon. He is survived by Rosa his loving wife of 38 years, sons: Carlos (Lily), Jose Otero,II, daughter: Iris (Jose), sisters: Blanca-Iris and Julia, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by numerous other family members and friends.
