Jonathan Royal Richard

Jon's childhood was filled with sports, especially football. His father was an avid football fan and had Jon (J R) in youth sports leagues every year and then in junior high, high school, and junior college football teams. We moved a lot when he was young, but being a great football offensive line player he made friends easily and graduated from Judson HS with his team going to state that year. In adulthood, he kept up interest in college and pro teams and enjoyed keeping stats on many players and participating in fantasy football.

He worked for the Murphy's in our neighborhood. People were always coming up to him to tell him hello. He was very popular with his customers due to his professional and friendly attitude. Later he advanced up & moved to Quick Time (QT). He finally got his wish of owning a Ford pick up truck..

His father died in 2014. He will be greatly missed by his mother, sister, brother-in-law, half brother, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and friends.
