Joe Gilbert Votion, 62 of San Antonio, Texas entered into internal rest of Sunday October 11, 2026.
Joe Gilbert was born in San Antonio, Texas on February 4th 1964 to Gilbert and Mary Votion.
Joe is preceded in death by his wife Irma L. Votion, his parents Gilbert H. Votion and Mary P. Votion Ford, and brother Gary James Votion.
Joe Gilbert is survived by his daughters Roseanna V. Barron, her husband Miguel Barron and Sammi Jo Palacios, her husband David Palacios. His grandchildren Sonya V. Barron, Miguel G. Barron (BB), Joe James Barron (JJ), Ella Rose Palacios, and Isaiah Liam Palacios. His great granddaughter Sophia Alica Rodriguez. As well as his brothers and sister Wayne V. Votion, Leon A. Votion, Mary Jane Votion, and John D. Votion. Along with Aunt Carmen, lots of nephews and nieces and many cousins.
Joe loved hunting and fishing.
He will be missed dearly
