Jo Ann Ramirez was born to Emma and Marcus Ramirez on July 14, 1970 in Houston, Texas. She is survived by the love of her lifeher daughter Zoe Nicole Ramirez.Jo Ann was the 3rd of 5 children, survived by her sister Margaret and husband Steve Garcia and their children Andrew and Ana Alicia and her husband Kyle Chaney. Her brother Marcus Jr. and wife Loly Ramirez and sons Joaquin and Alex. Her brother Eric and wife Myrna Ramirez and their daughters Erica and Mia. Her sister Nadia and husband Peter Carrizal and their daughters Jaylynn and Eden. Additionally, she is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A private memorial service will be held for family and close friends.
