Jerry Dulak passed from this life on August 9, 2019. He is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Frances Dulak and brother: Eugene Dulak. he is survived by Janet his loving wife of 51 years, son: Jerry, daughter: Laura, brother: Frank, sisters: Francis Baker, Evelyn Calwson and Helen Gandie, 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter. He will be greatly missed by numerous other family members and friends.
