Jacob C. Fuentes born May 22, 1967 passed from this life on May 14, 2021 at the age of 53. He is survived by his daughters Zayley, Zyann, and his favorite little human Isla (granddaughter). As well as everyone else who knew and loved him. He loved hosting parties, playing games, cooking, fishing, and being a helping hand. He was very loved and will be missed deeply.
