Jack Martin passed from this life on January 22, 2014 at the age of 72. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Favor Martin; Children, Phyllis (Tim) Crace, Nelda Jean Martin, Daniel Martin, Agnes (Gary) Floyd, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is loved and will be missed.
