Isaiah Guadalupe Chavez passed away on November 9, 2011 at the age of 25. He is survived by his mother: Maria M. Chavez, brothers: Luis F. Chavez, Jr., Mario J. Chavez; sisters: Jackie Chavez, Rosie Chavez and his grandmother: Sally Escobar. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2011, 12:00 – 8:00 PM at Puente and Sons Funeral Chapels, 14315 Judson Rd., SA, TX 78233. Visitation will continue on Monday, November 14, 2011, 12:00 PM in the Mausoleum Chapel at Holy Cross Cemetery, with a funeral service to begin at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
