Irene C. Adamez passed from this life on June 25, 2023.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband of over 25 years, Fernando Adamez, Sr.; son: Ricardo Adamez and daughter: Lupita Fuentes.
Irene is survived by her sons: Fernando Adamez, Jr., and wife Rosa; Santiago (Jimmy) Adamez; daughters: Mary Govea and husband Basilio, Concepcion (Joanie) Samudio and husband Ernesto, Blanca Mermea and husband Roger, Esther Gomez, Alejandra (Sandy) Diaz and husband Reynaldo and Andrea (Andi) Adamez; 21 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and 1 great- great grandchild on the way.
Irene was known as the matriarch of her family. She always had a place for you at her home. Whether this was during troubled times or during the many family gatherings. She will be most remembered for her generosity, values, and love for her family.
Her family holds onto memories of watching “The Price Is Right” and “San Antonio Spurs” with her, enjoying her home cooked meals and her weekly attendance at Bingo.
Her earthly presence will be dearly missed by many near and far.
