Gwendolyn Tene Holt passed away on May 31, 2011 at the age of 41. She is survived by her husband: David W. Holt; sons: Cameron D. Falor, Andrew Q. Falor, Dylan S. Falor; father: Tony A Mellin and his wife, Lisa; brother: Zachary Mellin; sister: Mikayla Mellin. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Rylie Falor and Brokelyn Falor.

A Visitation will be held on Friday June 3, 2011 at Puente Sons Funeral Chapels, 14315 Judson Rd, SA, TX 78233, from 12:00 to 8:00 P.M.
