Georg Walter Wierzchula passed away quietly on June 23, 2026, at his home in Missouri City, Texas.

Born March 26, 1939 in Berlin Germany. He emigrated to the U.S. in 1957 proudly serving his adopted country as a member of the U.S. Army stationed in Korea.

Creative and talented, Georg was a draftsman for over 30 years. In his free time, Georg pursued many creative hobbies including calligraphy, gardening, and home do-it-yourself projects. He was famous for gifting many of his lighting crafts and creations to family and friends.

Georg also loved being on the water and out of doors. Fancying himself an “Evel Knievel” of the jet ski, he enjoyed taking friends and family out on the water. He also enjoyed travel across Texas in his RV visiting our many beautiful state parks.

Georg is preceded in death by his father Walter, mother Elisabeth and sister Gerta. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Grace Gonzalez and a large family of in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
