Frances is survived by her daughter Carolynn (Reid), son Gary (Jennie), grandchildren Susan (Keith), Lori (Bruno), Neil, Cory (Brittney), RJ, Mallori, great-grandchildren Ryan, Paige, Caroline, Bradley, and great-great-grandchildren Kaiser, Dominick, Jaycie, Kason, Elena, and Thea.

Frances had a unique zest for life, known for her exceptional culinary skills as a great chef who could bring warmth and joy to many gatherings. She also found happiness in the rhythm of dancing and the melodies of music, pursuits that illuminated her vibrant personality. Frances adored her dogs, whose companionship brought her immense comfort and joy throughout the years.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband Kenneth, who shared 56 years of marriage with her, her son Larry, and her parents, Ernest and Ophie Prescott. The bonds they formed and the love exchanged during their lifetimes are a testament to the steadfast family values Frances embodied.
