Fernando U. Born on March 28, 1968, in San Antonio, Fernando lived a life filled with love, humor, and an indomitable spirit that shone brightly through every chapter of his journey.

Fernando leaves behind a devoted family who held him dear: his beloved wife Barbara Zuniga; his cherished children, Felicia Munguia (Michael Munguia) and Destrey James Zuniga; his brothers Joe U. Zuniga and Luis Zuniga (Debra Zuniga) ; his sister Margarita Naugle (Scott Naugle); grandchildren June Bea Zuniga and Maybel Louise Zuniga; and brothers-in-law Rudolfo Martinez Jr. (Terri Martinez), Rene Martinez (Gabriella Martinez), his father-in-law, Rudolfo Martinez Sr., as well as sisters-in-law Belinda Tristan (Carlos Tristan) and Monica Zurita (Victor Zurita). These beloved family members remain pillars of love and support during this difficult time.

While we grieve the loss of Fernando Sr., and Natividad Zuniga, his beloved parents who now watch over us from beyond, Fernando Jr.’s memory remains a beacon of love and laughter for all who knew him.
