In Loving Memory of Epifanio Salomon

August 4, 1946 – October 10, 2026

Epifanio Salomon, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-

grandfather, passed away on October 10, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and

cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.

Epifanio was a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Ana Maria Salomon, with whom he shared

nearly 60 years of marriage. Their life together was filled with love, family, and countless

memories that will forever be treasured. Their enduring bond was a beautiful example of

commitment and the life they built together.

One of his last conversations with Mom was a moment that will forever be treasured by our

family. He told her that he loved her and that he loved all of his children. Those words were a

beautiful reminder of the love he carried in his heart for his wife and family. As we say goodbye,

we will hold on to those words and find comfort in knowing that he expressed what mattered

most to him. His love will continue to live on through each of us, today and for generations to

come.

He was a proud father of nine children: Meliza Zapata (Art), Maryann Guajardo (Mario),

Epifanio Salomon Jr. (Elizabeth), Corina Burnette (Jeff), Sandra Shulista (Brett), Jennifer Suarez

(Humberto), Teresa Jo Salomon (Eric), Lori Moreno (Craig), and Ana Spencer (Ryan). His

family was one of his greatest blessings, and his legacy continues through his 30 grandchildren,

15 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and many step-grandchildren.

He was known for his sense of humor and his ability to enjoy life's simple pleasures. He loved

fishing, playing loteria, bingo, and visiting casinos. These activities brought him happiness and

created special memories with family and friends.

Epifanio had a personality that made an impression on those around him. Whether sharing a

laugh, enjoying a game, or spending time with the people he loved, he found joy in life's

everyday moments. His presence, humor, and the memories he created will be deeply missed by

his family.

Though his family and friends must now say goodbye, the love he gave, the lessons he shared,

and the memories he leaves behind will continue to live on for generations. His life was woven

into the hearts of his wife, children, grandchildren, and extended family, and he will forever hold

a special place in their hearts.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Teresa Jo Salomon; his grandsons, Virgil Lee Taylor

and Jeremiah Vannavong; and his great-grandson, Sebastian Noah Hernandez.

Epifanio's life was a gift to those who loved him. Though he is no longer physically with us, his

spirit will remain alive through the family he loved so dearly and the many memories they will

continue to share. The love he expressed in his final conversations will forever remind his family

of what mattered most to him: his wife and his children. His life and legacy will continue

through the generations who were blessed to call him husband, Dad, Grandpa, and Great-

Grandpa.
