Listen to Obituary

With heavy hearts and enduring love, we remember Emilio Jimenez Rincon, who departed this life on June 4, 2026, in his cherished hometown of San Antonio, Texas. Born on May 30, 1968, Emilio graced the world with a spirit that was unmistakably vibrant and full of joy.

Emilio was a man who lived with a humor and playfulness that brought light into every room he entered. Known for his infectious smile and lighthearted jokes, he was truly a people person, someone who effortlessly connected with others through his warmth and jovial nature. Playfully described as "muy malcriado," his humor and zest for life never failed to brighten the days of those around him.

His passions were as spirited as his personality — Emilio was a devoted fan of the Spurs and the Cowboys, never missing a chance to cheer for his beloved teams. This enthusiasm mirrored the larger-than-life character he was, always ready to celebrate life’s moments with fervor and camaraderie.

Emilio’s roots ran deep in San Antonio, where he was born and where he also spent his final days. His life was a tapestry of cherished relationships; he is survived by his beloved daughter, Emily Rincon, whose love was a central part of his world, and his brother, Juan Anguiano, who stood by his side. They, along with many others, carry forward Emilio’s legacy of laughter, kindness, and joyful spirit.

His memory is also tenderly held in the hearts of those who preceded him: his father, Francisco R. Rincon; his mother, Teresa Jimenez; and his sister, Blanca Valdez. Their love laid the foundation for the remarkable man Emilio became.

A visitation to honor Emilio will be held on June 8, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at South - Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels, located at 3520 S Flores St, San Antonio, Texas. This gathering will be a time for friends and family to come together, sharing stories and smiles in remembrance of a man whose joyous spirit touched so many lives.

In reflecting on Emilio’s life, we are reminded of the power of laughter, love, and the simple joy of being together. Though he has left this earthly world, his humor, his smile, and the light he brought to all will forever remain in our hearts. Emilio Jimenez Rincon will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered, a beloved son, brother, father, and friend whose spirit will continue to inspire all who had the privilege to know him.
