Edwars Alonso Forbes Jr.

Edwars Alonso Forbes Jr., age 27, of Converse, Texas, passed away on August 7, 2026. Edwars was born on March 6, 1999, in Melbourne, Florida to Edwars Forbes and Dana Capps. Edwars was known for his kind spirit and determination. Edwars is survived by his parents, sisters Adrianne and Briana, his brother Sean, his grandparents Ronald Forbes, Fronzetta Clanton, and Breceida Bakes, and extended family in Panama, Italy, and the United States. Edwars’ heart was his beloved dog, Liberty, whom he rescued and trained. He is also loved by his extended family throughout the Randolph Air Force Base Community. Edwars was a military child and lived in Patrick AFB, Florida, Aurora, Colorado, Bitburg Air Base, Germany, and finally Converse, Texas. He loved playing basketball, putting together simple and complex Legos, tattoos, and working out. Edwars family is grateful for the love and support received throughout his childhood and adult life. The memorial service will be held at Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels, 14315 Judson Rd, San Antonio, TX, 78233 on August 15, 2026 at 12 p.m.
