Cynthia was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Irene O. Garcia, brother, Richard Ortiz, and sister, Corrina Ortiz.She is survived by her loving father, Raymond Garcia; brothers, Gino Ortiz, Edmund, Raymond, and Gabriel Garcia; aunts, Rosie Cook, Janie Salazar, Celia Salazar, Dominga Ortiz; uncles, Simon and Juan Ortiz, Albert, Raul and Chris Sanchez; nephew, Edmund Ray Garcia; nieces, Melanie and Monica Garcia; also numerous other relatives and friends.
