Carlos C. Maldonado, Jr.

Carlos C. Maldonado, Jr. joined his wife, Elida Maldonado, in Heaven on February 10, 2018 at the age of 87. Mr. Maldonado served in the US Air Force during the Korean War and afterwards he attended The University of Texas at Austin where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy graduating in 1958. He loved his Longhorns, but what he loved most was his family. He was quietly bigger than life and will inspire his family for generations to come. He is survived by his loving son, Bill (Susan) Maldonado; daughters, Mary (Massoud) Moezzi, Sandra Kelso, Rebekah (Matt) Holder; grandchildren, Christopher and Kayvon Moezzi, Aberdeen “Abby” Holder, Charlotte “Charlie” and Carlos Maldonado; and his brother, James Maldonado, Sr. A memorial service will be held, Friday, February 16, 2018 from 6:00-8:00PM at Puente and Sons Funeral Chapels, 14315 Judson Rd., San Antonio, TX 78233.
