Bertha Hernandez Andrade

Bertha H. Andrade, born March 21, 1964 passed away September 19, 2009 at the age of 45 years. she is survived by her children, Adrian and Nina Nicole Contreras; parents, Blas and Sylvia E. Hernandez; brothers, Blas (Mary Jane) Hernandez, Gilbert (Mary Esther) Hernandez, Albert Hernandez; sister, Diana (Edward) Casares; grandson, Rudy John "Porkchop" Pachecano, Jr.; father of her children, Carlos Contreras; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Cemetery:
It was Bertha's wish to be cremated.

Service:
A memorial mass will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. atMission Espada.
