Baby Madelyn is survived by her parents Matthew Diaz & Cassi Cortez, and big sister Julianna; her Grandparents and numerous loving relatives and friends.

Cemetery:
Immediately following Mass, we will be meeting at Mission Burial Park North 20900 IH 10 West, San Antonio, Texas, where a small Graveside Service will be held.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 7, 2011, from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church 8134 Blanco Rd., San Antonio, TX 78216, with a Rosary to begin at 7:00 P.M.

A Mass of Ressurection will be held at 1:00 P.M., on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
