Axel Jose Gereda-Raffucci entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at the age of 32. He is preceded in death by Elijah Joseph. He is survived by his parents Axel A. and Ivelisse Gereda and her companion Ahmoseditdo Amun; sisters Karen and Melanie Gereda; nieces Amani Kimora Joseph and Lillyana De Leon; nephew Josiah De Leon; and Caregiver Madeline Juarbe.
Axel was so loved and will be missed by all who met him.
