Tony was a veteran of the U.S. Army and loved his country. He is survived by his wife Cheryl Foster and his children Richard, Melanie, James and Anthony along with his grandchildren Elicia, Gabriella , Josh, Jaden, Tristan, and Allisa. Tony was an amazing person and will be missed by all that knew him.
