Steve Edward Tijerina

Steve Edward Tijerina was born to Jesus and Olga Tijerina in San Antonio, Texas on March 2, 1960.
He retired from the Department of the Air Force October 27, 2017 having served 34 years of civilian service.
He always gave 110% in his effort to provide support to his family and friends.
As he opened his new chapter in his life after retirement, he found joy as an avid estate sales guru. That is what he enjoyed most to pass time.
He is preceded in death by his parents Jesus and Olga Tijerina and brother Richard Tijerina.

He is survived by his sisters Rosario Tijerina (Abel), Martha Tijerina (David), Isabel Rodriguez (Paul),
brothers Hector Tijerina (Veronica), Fernando Tijerina (Jessica), Daniel Tijerina (Sonia), Rick Tijerina, Louis Tijerina,
and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Family, friends and others whose lives were touched by Steve are invited to join us in celebration of his life at
Puente & Sons Funeral Home, S. Flores Street, San Antonio, Texas on
February 11, 2022 at 6:30 pm (chapel open 4pm - 8pm) to reminisce, grieve, support each other and of course just chat.
