Sophia N. Johnson

Sophia Nevaeh Johnson passed away on January 19, 2021 in Live Oak, Texas, at 12 years old. Sophia was born May 30, 2008 to parents Brenda Berrios and Gary Shane Johnson in St. Augustine, Florida. Sophia was a 7th grade student at Ed White Middle School. She loved swimming, summertime, jumping on the trampoline with her little sister, dancing with her cousins, sloths, the color purple, and more than anything she loved to joke and laugh. Sophia was an amazing little girl who cared so much for others, the empathy she showed at such a young age was greater than most show in a lifetime. She was truly a wonderful child who was taken too soon from this Earth.

Sophia is survived by her parents Brenda and Shane. Her siblings Victoria Berrios, Liam Terrell, Stephanie Johnson, Ashlyn Cronin, Gary Johnson Jr., Skyler Johnson, and Nathan Cronin. Her grandparents, Juan and Marta Berrios, and Glenda Johnson. Her aunts Marely Berrios, Michelle Berrios, Jennifer Berrios, and DeAndra Johnson. Her cousins Stephen Cody Langley, Mercedes Berrios, Alexis Lopez, Cheyenne Langley, Ava Boswell, and Emma Boswell and many more great-uncles, great-aunts, second cousins, and extended family and friends.

Sophia is preceded in death by her grandfather Gary Johnson, and her great-aunt and great-uncle Lewis and Numidia Grace.
