Besides being a busy mother of 4 children as a stay at home mom (home engineer) with a husband who worked and travelled, she was an active church member, volunteer and involved at her children’s school. She always welcomed friends and neighbors and our home was where the children would gather for fun. She gave of herself lovingly and was called ‘Mom’ by more than her 4 children.

She had many talents. She was a wonderful cook in which her specialty was homemade apple pie, konneflies (a german butter noodle) and loved to sing. She loved doing crossword puzzles, watching Wheel of Fortune, NCIS and the Turner Classic Movie network. She was a devoted sports fan to the San Antonio Spurs, Notre Dame Football and St Louis Cardinals. But her most favorite activity was spending time with her beloved grandchildren.

Sandra was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt and a caring friend and neighbor. She lived her life with dignity, grace and humor. Those who had the pleasure of knowing her will miss her kind heart and joyful, generous spirit.
