Brother Rodolfo Jose Lopez, "Rudy" was born June 19, 1969, in Houston Texas to Rodolfo Jose Lopez, Sr., and Candi Silva Gotay. His Stepfather was Richard Pena.
He was part of a loving family and grew alongside his sister, Evelyn Polk, and his brother Jeremiah Lopez. He was preceded in death by his Step-Father Richard Pena, Father Rodolfo Jose Lopez, Sr., his Brother Jeremiah Lopez, Sr., Maternal Grandparents Trinidad Silva Sr., and Jesusa P. Cruz, as well as his Paternal Grandparents Inez and Evelyn Lopez. He is survived by his Son Benjamin Lopez, Daughters Miranda Lopez and Gabriela Gonzales, Mother Candi Silva Gotay, Sister Evelyn Polk, and her husband Henry Polk, Nieces Candice and Valerie Polk, Nephews Jeremiah Lopez, Michael, Manuel, and Matthew, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and many friends.
