Patricia Ann Derezinski passed from this life Saturday, October 6, 2012 at the age of 73. She is survived by her sons, Walter Derezinski and Ralph Bard; daughter, Linda Ogburn; grandchildren, Thomas, Samuel, Hannah, Jonathan, Jennifer, Jessica, James, Michael, and five great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Derezinski; one brother and three sisters.
Cemetery:
Their will be a procesion to the cemetery following the church service.
