Mr. Isabel Bueno Sanchez

February 26, 1934 — November 3, 2011

Mr. Isabel "Julio" Bueno Sanchez, born in San Antonio, TX on February 26, 1934 to Ysabel P. Sanchez and Rita Bueno entered into eternity on November 3rd, 2011 at the age of 77 years old. Our Dad was well known as a joyful musician for over 50 years who loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He leaves this life to join his "Cristo" in heaven and be reunited with his wife of 34 years, Anita Lopez Sanchez, Isabel Christina Sanchez (daughter), Pedro Sanchez (son), Ysabel P. Sanchez (father), Rita Hernandez (mother), Manuel Hernandez (brother), Ysabel Sanchez (brother), and James Sanchez (brother) and a host of other friends and relatives. After many years working in construction as a Cement Finisher, Dad had the privilege of working on various landmarks throughout San Antonio, such as, the Hemisfair Tower, the Alamo Dome, the Nelson Wolfe Stadium, the AT&T Center, and SeaWorld to name a few. However, his greatest accomplishment in life was the day he surrendered his life to Jesus and served Him as a musician and worship leader in his church. Our Dad was so in love with Jesus that he traveled wherever and whenever to spread the Good News through music. Dad trusted the Lord with all his heart no matter what circumstances he faced throughout his life. He knew that He would always see him through; this is the legacy he leaves to all those who knew him. Julio was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and brother. Survivors include 8 grown children: Richard L. Sanchez (Sarah), Sylvia Rosales (Alex), Yolanda L. Sanchez (Cuco Jr.), Janie L. Sanchez, Isabel "Cris" Mayes (Darrell), Ruben L. Sanchez, Julio L. Sanchez, Belinda Ortiz (Pazer), 21 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren..
