Michael E. Dauback passed from this life peacefully with his family surrounding him on September 21, 2020, at the age of 49. He was born in Herkimer, New York on July 19, 1971, to Francis Dauback and Cynthia Hight. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Mervyn and Nellie Hight; and his uncle, John Hight. He is survived by his loving wife, Stella Dauback; his sons, Michael Dauback Jr., Thomas Dauback, Zachariah Dauback, Christopher Evans (stepson), and Joseph (Lori) Sada (stepson); his daughter, Hannah Dauback; his mother, Cynthia Hight; his father, Francis Dauback; his grandchildren, Azaria, Adrina, Braeden, Justin, and Kayla; great grandson Jaxon; his uncles, Mervyn Hight Jr., John (Heather) Hight and Roger (Pat) Dauback; his mother-in-law, Rosie Leal; his brother and sister in-laws, Albert (Victoria) Riojas, Sylvia (Isias) Zambrano, and April Carranza; and numerous cousins and friends.
Michael was a retired and decorated veteran from the United States Air Force, serving his country for over 23 years, he later earned his Ph.D. from Grand Canyon University and became an educator. Michael was a devoted Christian who loved the Lord, he was a mentor and friend to many people in which his life crossed paths with. Michael loved to fish, he was a wrestling champion and loved spending time with his loved ones enjoying a good game of football. He was a hard-working man who touched the lives of many, he was greatly loved and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
