He is survived by his wife, Shannon Falcon Garcia; his daughters, Rubie and Serenity Garcia; his brother, Agapito Rios; 1 niece, several nephews, other relatives and good friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rubie Ann Garcia and his brother, Silas Rios. Mark will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
