Mr. Jonathan A. Connelly passed suddenly on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at the age of 30. He is survived by his loving family - Mother; Connie Freeze, Sisters; Mandy Rios and Brandy Rios.
Jonathan leaves behind many beautiful memories for all to cherish. He will be sorely missed.
