John Wesley Ashmore

John Wesley Ashmore passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at the age of 68. He is preceded in death by his parents Sydney and Ethel Ashmore; his loving wife Sue Ashmore; brothers Ronny and Sydney Ashmore. He is survived by his daughters Tammy (Barry) Bonillo, Brandi (Kevin) Ashmore-Brower, and Gwyn (Jason) Salamun; brothers Michael and Jerry Ashmore; grandchildren Paul Justin Robles, Regan Salamun, and Reece Salamun.

John Ashmore was born in Uchitomari, Japan. He enlisted into the Army during Vietnam and eventually through strength and determination in his military career became an Army Recruiter for the United States Army. After retirement, John worked as a civilian employee for the United States Air Force scheduling satellite launches in Florida. John was a fun loving guy, during his time in life he loved going to the beach and enjoying his time on the water sailing, fishing, and creating memories. John had a love for fast cars, listening to music and watching scary movies, but his ultimate love of all was his family. John Ashmore was a loving father and a fun-caring grandfather. He will truly be missed and requested that everyone remember the wonderful memories that he shared with them.
