Joe Mills Ruiz

Joe M. Ruiz was born in Floresville, Texas on November 29, 1933 to Emilio and Eva Ruiz. He passed away in San Antonio, Texas on September 8, 2018 at the age of 84. He is preceded in death by the mother of his children, Vickie Ruiz, and his second wife, Mary J. Ruiz. He is survived by his daughters, Sylvia J. Ruiz (Belinda), Rose Marie Serna (Fernando), JoAnn Tejerina (Marco), Teresa Ruiz (Maria), and Nancy Villarreal; one son, Joe Ruiz, Jr.; brothers, Francisco and Pedro Ruiz; sisters, Virginia Garcia, Josie Orozco, and Adela Lugo; grandchildren, Joseph Hernandez, Vickie Yduarte, Isaiah Joe Ruiz, Eric Ruiz, Amy Lee Ramirez, Destiny Ramirez; great-grandchildren, Matthew and Nathan Martinez and Sabastian Hernandez. He will be greatly missed and always in our hearts.
