Joan Evelyn Silva

Joan Evelyn Silva passed from this life October 3, 2012 at the age of 77. She is survived by her husband, Felipe Silva; sons, Robert, Philip and Daniel Silva; daughters, Cynthia McDonald, Sandra Wells, Deborah Jimenez, Doreen Metoyer and Joyce Canedo; brother, Lonjinio Sonny Contreras; sisters, Mary Helen Cantu, Marian Amaya, Dorothy Marley, Gloria Ritter and Lucy Bostick; 26 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Joan is preceded in death by a grandson and brother.

Cemetery:
Interment will follow to Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery after the Mass of Resurrection.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Diabetes Association.

Visitation is Monday October 8, 2012 at Puente Sons-Northeast from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm with Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm.

Family and friends will meet at St. Helena's Catholic Church on Tuesday October 9, 2012 for 8:00 am Mass of Resurrection.
