Jeffrey C. Forcum

Jeffrey Carr Forcum, age 55, died on October 21,2016 at his home in San Antonio, TX. 

Jeff graduated from Lackland High School and continued his education at Park University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems. He served in the USAF for four years and then worked in the private sector as a computer programmer in Washington, D.C. and Austin, TX. 

Jeff was a voracious reader, with a particular fondness for science fiction; a History Channel buff; a die-hard Cowboys fan; a lover of debate...most especially politics; a master of wit and sarcasm; had a passion for cooking; and he loved his dogs. 

Jeff is survived by his mother, Faye Forcum; his son, Ryan Forcum; his ex-wife and life-long friend, Veva Deheza; his siblings and their spouses, Sharon (Clifford) Andersen, Sandra Hartford, Chris (Rhonda) Forcum, and Jason (Deirdre) Forcum; and their children, Brandon, Benjamin, Anjelica, William, Emily, Kelsey, and Caroline; half-sister Robyn Ochs (Peg Preble); stepmother, Lucy Forcum; stepsisters, April (Robert) Munroe, Kami (Lisa) Davidson, and Sharon (Alvin) Campos; aunts and uncles, Ken and Carol Wenske, Gerald and Pat Pape, and Phyllis Forcum; and numerous loving cousins. 

Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Forcum; maternal grandparents, Harry and Emma Koether; paternal grandparents, Orville and Peg Webb; aunts and uncles, Al Koether, John Forcum and Dixie McConnell; and other beloved family and friends.

Visitation will be held on 10/27/2016, 4:00-8:00 PM with a rosary at 6:30, at Puente and Sons Funeral Chapels, 3520 S. Flores, San Antonio, TX, 78204, 210-533-5300.
