Ismael was born July 19, 1966, in San Antonio, TX. to Ismael and Guadalupe Perez.

He is survived by his wife, Diana I. Melendez Perez and his daughter, Bianca Perez.

Ismael was a warrior who held on until the end. His strength and determination inspired others and he always put others before himself. He tried to live life to the fullest at every opportunity he had.

He enjoyed doing amazing arts and crafts and seeing new places with his friends and family. He was also known for cracking jokes and bringing joy to others. He really enjoyed spending time with his family and dear friends.
